Bed and Breakfast
We provide a Bed & Breakfast treatment only, including overnight stay and breakfast. Check the available offers and holiday packages directly on our website.
The restaurant service is not available for this Season.
Booking Conditions
Check-in / Check-out
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from around 3:00 PM. For arrivals after 9:00 PM, we kindly request prior notification. On the day of departure, please vacate the rooms by 10:30 AM.
The reservation
Cancellation of a reservation with official non-promotional rates
We accept cancellation or modification requests only in writing, as specified in the proposal and/or reservation, using our official rates. After the stated deadlines, the deposit or balance will be retained, in accordance with Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code.
Non-refundable prepaid booking cancellation
When booking the “Non-Refundable Prepaid” rate, no refunds or modifications are allowed after the reservation is confirmed. In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the entire amount paid as a deposit will be retained. The non-refundable prepaid reservation cannot be canceled for any reason, including serious circumstances or force majeure.
Early departure
In the case of early departure or late arrival, the remaining or unused nights will be charged at 100% of the agreed price for all booked services, even if not utilized.
